SSBC has applied the same philosophies to the development of the Competition Series

Advanced engineering and billet 6061 T-6 aluminum constructions has allowed us to create a caliper that is both exceptionally strong and light weight.  The use of stainless
steel pistons, stainless steel retainer plates, and nickel plated bolts create a caliper that
offers the ultimate in braking performance and durability.

Competition Series calipers are available for a variety of rotor thicknesses and fit
standard 5.25” mounting brackets.   The pads feature a 25% larger contact area and
20% greater thickness over our competition.  The brake pads chosen for the Competition
Series calipers are an off the shelf pad available at any parts store in just about any compound!

Competition Series kits are also available as a direct fit to many popular muscle cars. These kits are available in a “Quick Change” form to replace your stock calipers or in a complete kit form to replace your stock drum brakes.

The calipers come standard with clear anodized finish. They are also available with
optional powder coated or  polished finishes.
