Capitol Summit Pro-Am Tour Events Will Not Be Rescheduled

After exhausting all efforts to reschedule the rained out Division 1 events at Capitol Raceway the International Hot Rod Association (IHRA) and Capitol Raceway management have decided to remove them from the schedule.  Although the Junior Dragster categories were completed for both days, all other classes were halted by rain before eliminations began.

Racers in attendance with entry fees still at the facility will receive a refund returned by mail directly from Capitol Raceway.

In an effort to ease the loss of the claim for those who attended, Saturday and Sunday’s events at Carolina Dragway September 3 - 4, 2016 can be claimed as “In-Division” races for Patriots racers who were in attendance at the rained out event.
