Winners in the Moser Engineering Top, Hagerty Mod, Sunoco Race Fuels Sportsman and Half Scale Dragster Junior Dragster classes each earned a $1,000 payout.

 

Brian Hughes representing Xtreme Raceway Park took home the Moser Engineering Top (Box) Race of Champions final round. Hughes went down the track with a 6.150 second pass at 109.41 mph with a .001 reaction time. Dave Edwards representing Dragway 42 red lighted with a  -.013 reaction time. He posted a 4.762-second run at 143.89 mph.

 

 

In the Hagerty Mod (No Box) final, Dan Zepnick representing Wisconsin International Raceway defeated John Haut representing US 41 Motorplex.  Zepnick went down the track with a 6.294-second pass coupled with a .020 reaction time at 107.57 mph. Haut had a 5.710-second pass with a .045 reaction time at 118.53 mph.

 

 

In the Sunoco Race Fuels Sportsman final, Ross Freeman representing Pageland Dragway took the win over Corey Smith representing Knoxville Dragstrip. Freeman had a 7.699-second pass with a .043 reaction time at 75.05 mph. Smith went down the track with a 7.521-second pass but red lightedwith a -.007 reaction time at 91.10 mph.

 

In the HalfScale Dragster Junior Dragster final, Dominick White who was the Division 5 (Thunder) Team Finals Champion captured the win over Brooke Paquette representing US 131 Motorsports Park. White had a 8.213-second pass coupled with a .042-reaction time at 71.43 mph. Paquette posted a 7.502-second pass but red lighted with a -.025-reaction time at 85.35 mph. 

 

Hundreds of Summit SuperSeries track champions, along with Summit Team Finals divisional champions from around the United States and Canada, will compete  for the largest and most prestigious bracket racing national championship in drag racing. 

 

The championship prize package in Top and Mod is $20,000-to-win, a vacation for two to Aruba courtesy of Around Aruba Tours, an IHRA Gold Card, World Champion Ironman Trophy and World Champion Diamond Ring.
