ETHRIDGE, TN — Five racers including a pair named Green and Greene were amongst the winners in Saturday’s completion of the IHRA Sportsman Spectacular presented by Moser Engineering at Ethridge Motorsports Park.

Kyle Green in Pro (Box), Jock Greene in No Box, Kendall Gillespie in Sportsman, Baley Miles in Motorcycle and Leah Smith in Junior Dragster won the prestigious IHRA Ironman trophies, commemorate medals and big checks. Racers that were current IHRA members qualified for the IHRA Summit SuperSeries World Finals.

ROXBORO, N.C. — Roxboro Motorsports Park will be the site of the 2024 International Hot Rod Association Division 1 (IHRA) Summit Team Finals on September 4-7, 2024.

Five eliminators — Top ET (Box), Mod (No Box), Sportsman, Motorcycles and Junior Dragsters — will be run at the Division 1 Summit Team Finals. In addition, each track can bring four TCR competitors.

AMARILLO, TX — The wait is almost over as Amarillo Dragway hosts the IHRA Ironman Classic next weekend on Saturday, August 17.

Racers in the Lone Star State will compete in Super Pro (Box), No Box, Sportsman and Junior Dragster will compete for the prestigious IHRA Ironman trophies. Established in 1960, Amarillo Dragway uses the motto, “Where History and Speed Meets.” 

ALBUQUERQUE, NM — There’s a Southwestern flavor with the IHRA Ironman Classic coming to Albuquerque Dragway this Saturday.

Super Pro (Box), No Box, Sportsman, Motorcycle and Junior Dragster classes will all be contested at New Mexico’s premier drag strip along with it being an IHRA Summit SuperSeries points race. The track has a great history of stars racing at Albuquerque Dragway.

HOUSE SPRINGS, MO — Racers across the country will get a chance to compete for prestigious trophies with the IHRA Ironman Classic at five different tracks over the next three Saturdays.

The IHRA Ironman Classic program is offered to all IHRA member tracks. Prior to this program, a Sportsman racer could only win an Ironman if they traveled to an IHRA Summit Team Finals, Sportsman Spectacular or World Finals. This program gives local tracks a chance to create extra excitement in their bracket program and offer competitors a chance to win the prestigious Ironman.

DYERSBURG, TN — The excitement of the IHRA Sportsman Spectacular presented by Moser Engineering is coming to River Road Raceway, LLC on August 24.

The West Tennessee track near the Missouri, Arkansas and Kentucky borders features an all-concrete surface, all-new concrete walls and an all-asphalt pit area. 

PARKER, SD — The 2024 International Hot Rod Association (IHRA) Summit Team Finals are scheduled to begin in less than one month, August 22-24, with the Division 6 (Midwest) finals at Thunder Valley Dragways in South Dakota.

Each region hosts a Summit Team Finals for every division. Any Summit SuperSeries competitor that has an IHRA membership and number registered and valid according to IHRA records from at least July 1, 2024 and through the IHRA Summit Team Finals can win the 2024 Summit Team Finals main event championship in their division will become eligible for the Summit SuperSeries World Finals at Holly Springs Motorsports Park, October 9-12, 2024.

DYERSBURG, TN — The allure of the IHRA Ironman Classic brought out a field of top racers from Tennessee and neighboring states to River Road Raceway.

Drivers from the Volunteer State carried home the prestigious IHRA Ironman trophies after a night of great competition sponsored by Jones Automotive & Towing.

ETHRIDGE, TN — Wet weather halted the IHRA Sportsman Spectacular presented by Moser at Ethridge Motorsports Park after the third round Saturday night.

The remainder of eliminations, starting with the fourth round, has been rescheduled for August 10. Track operator John Burleson added the IHRA Ironman Classic originally scheduled for that date has been moved to August 24.
