GOODLETTSVILLE, Tenn. — Jordan Johnson keeps piling up the big victories.

The defending IHRA Summit SuperSeries Sportsman World Champion doubled up again Tuesday at Music City Raceway.

Johnson won the Trophy Stock and Super Street races at the Nashville-area track.

At another recent Music City race, he won the Texas Roadhouse Sportsman race over final-round opponent Kitty Martin. Then, he doubled up with a $1,000-to-win Pro (No Box) victory over Justin Conatser.

If that wasn’t enough, Johnson got to celebrate in the winner’s circle with his wife and their new baby, who made her own Music City debut.

Johnson wasn’t the only one who was strumming a winning tune. Randy Rice was the big money winner with his $5,000 victory in the Super Pro (Box) class, with Tracy Sons taking the runner-up spot.

Altman Bishop was the winner in Junior Dragster, getting the final-round victory over Jacob Whittle Jr.

There’s always the strong tradition in the Motorcycle class at Music City Raceway, which has produced former IHRA World Champions and other top finishers. Down to the final pair and late in the running, Brandon Frame and Chris Bolton decided to split the winner’s purse.

Tuesday’s races saw Ethan Bradley win the Motorcycle race with Levelle Glenn the runner-up.

The historic track in its 67th year of operation has more great racing coming up soon with Super Pro, Pro and Sportsman classes in action. Click here to check out the Music City Raceway Facebook page.
