Image × FERRIS, Texas — Xtreme Raceway Park will welcome other Texas tracks this weekend for the IHRA Division 4 (Renegades) Team Finals. Truly one of the nicest drag racing facilities in the country, track owners Clyde and Amanda Scott, along with track operators Gaylen and Celeste Smith, designed the facility that opened in 2018 to be racer-friendly. Their hard work paid off, and the track is conveniently located off Interstate 45 in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Other tracks from the Lone Star State — Edinburg Motorsports Park, Little River Dragway and Penwell Knights Raceway — are scheduled to participate in the team finals. Each region hosts a Team Finals for every division. Races will compete in six classes — Top (Box), Mod (No Box), Sportsman, Motorcycle, Junior Dragster and TCR. Through the IHRA Team Finals, a racer can win a 2025 Team Finals main event championship in his or her division and become eligible for the IHRA SuperSeries World Finals at Alabama International Dragway, October 16-18. XRP will be going for its third straight Division 4 title. XRP drivers Scott Wallace (Top) and Tate Hildebrandt (Jr. Dragster) won both Division 4 and IHRA SuperSeries World Championships in 2024. Jake Howard (Mod), Robert Schoemer (Sportsman) and Chaz Landers (Motorcycle) were other Division 4 champs. Click here for detailed information about the IHRA Team Finals.
