WEST SALEM, Ohio — Although persistent rain forced International Hot Rod Association and Dragway 42 officials to finally call the IHRA Summit Sportsman Spectacular event on Sunday, multiple racers still came away with prizes thanks to the support of the IHRA’s great partners.
