“Steve and Vic at Aeromotive have taken a big leap of faith with the IHRA brand” said IHRA President Scott Gardner. “We are truly happy to have Aeromotive join our rapidly growing family of partners. Aeromotive truly epitomizes the high quality standard of marketing partners we look for” he continued.
In addition to the naming rights, a special “Racers Program” will also be created. The Aeromotive Racers Program will reward $200 to one professional class and one sportsman class at each 2015 Nitro Jam National event. The classes that will be rewarded will change at each event.
Aeromotive Inc. Founder and President Steve Matusek said “When we were reviewing opportunities for our brand in 2015, IHRA wasn’t even on our radar. But after attending their press conference at PRI and experiencing the passion and excitement the racers, sponsors and executives displayed for the IHRA, I felt that this is an Organization that gets it”. Working with IHRA Marketing Director Steve Cole gave us the opportunity to tailor a package to promote our new “Terminator” Fuel Pump for the Nostalgia Nitro Funny cars along with our distributor Good Vibration’s Motorsports said Aeromotive Inc., Vice President and General Manager Vic Wood
The IHRA opens the 2015 Nitro Jam Series on February 6-7 with the Good Vibrations Southwestern Nationals in Tucson, Arizona. The Aeromotive Racer Program at the Southwestern Nationals will reward the Amsoil Funny Car class presented by Aeromotive and the Good Vibrations Top Sportsman category.
