Dart’s Carts owner Trad Longeway is glad to support both a sport he’s so passionate about and the youth who compete in it.
“We’ve sold a number of carts to different racers all over the country,” Longeway said. “We’ve supplied a bunch in the local area and like supporting the sport of drag racing. I’m an adrenaline junkie and I enjoy the sport. It’s a privilege to support that industry, especially the younger racers coming up. You see the building of character on their way to doing it at a larger level.”
Dart’s Carts, the premier golf cart company in West Tennessee, is also built on character. They are dealers for the top brands in the industry like Yamaha, E-Z-Go, American Landmaster and Cushman. They have new and used golf carts and utility vehicles good for doing work around the shop or property.
In addition, racers can check Dart’s Carts out for other power equipment, including Yamaha generators and pressure washers. They offer golf carts for purchase and rentals, even building custom golf carts with unique paint jobs, bodies, seats, colors and logos.
Longeway is well familiar with Holly Springs Motorsports, site of the 2023 IHRA Summit SuperSeries World Finals. He has traveled there with his good friend Cody Graham, a well-known racer in the Mid-South.
“We are extremely pleased to have Dart’s Carts come on board with the prize for the IHRA Summit SuperSeries Junior Dragster world champion,” IHRA Racer & Track Relations Director Paige Hamlin said. “We appreciate their longtime contributions to drag racing. It’s terrific to see them support to the future of the sport by offering this great prize a young racer can use for years to come.”
