Last year, U.S. 131 Motorsports Park dominated the team competition in D5 with a 35 point win over Grand Bend Motorplex. Tracks competing in Michigan this year include Wisconsin International Raceway, U.S. 131 Motorsports Park, Grand Bend Motorplex, Marion County International Raceway, Ubly Dragway, King of the North Dragway and Dragway 42.

In Division 7, Caprock Motorplex won the inaugural Division 7 Summit Team Finals in 2012 by 20 points over Desert Thunder Raceway and will be looking to defend its crown this weekend. Tracks representing Division 7 in Texas this weekend are El Paso Motorplex, Caprock Motorplex, Desert Thunder Raceway, Southwestern International Raceway, Amarillo Dragway, Roswell Dragway and Hobbs Motorsports Park.

Three Summit SuperSeries representatives will be decided at each event this weekend, earning the right to travel to Memphis in October to compete for a World Championship. The rest of the weekend will be filled with exciting racing in multiple categories and special events.
