Medenwald won the Box final over Danie Hento who broke out on her run. Both drivers represented Thunder Valley Team 1 as Medenwald went down the 1/8-mile in 4.978 seconds at 136.74 mph against a 4.97 dial-in. Hento, who had a .012 to .021 advantage at the starting line, had a 5.005-second run at 137.11 against a 5.01 dial-in.
Ward, representing Thunder Valley Team 2, won on a holeshot with a .006 reaction time to .027 for runner-up Ben Kwasniewski. The winning effort for Ward included a 6.096-second pass at 112.33 mph on a 6.06 dial-in. Kwasniewski, a Team 1 member, had a 7.20 dial-in time. He posted a 7.235-second pass at 95.12 mph.
The Junior Dragster class had Team 1 members Tilberg and Jack Beutler in the final. The holeshot was the difference with a .013 to .076 advantage for Tilberg, who went down the drag strip in 8.13 seconds at 79.23 mph on a 8.11 dial-in. Beutler was closer to his 7.98 dial-in time with a 7.986-second run at 79.24 mph.
