Thursday, 08 November 2018
WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. — Little River Dragway, a facility synonymous with championship racing in the Lone Star State, has agreed to a multi-year sanctioning renewal with the International Hot Rod Association (IHRA).
The track in Holland, Texas, which offers Sunoco Race Fuels, has hosted the IHRA Summit Junior Team Finals each of the last three years. Many of its drivers have won championships against both regional and national competition. In 2017, Little River split into teams at the IHRA Summit Junior Team Finals and swept the top two positions.

Named the 2013 Division 4 (Renegades) track of the year, there is a strong IHRA Summit SuperSeries program at the facility. Joe Kozlowski (Box), Michael Turman (No Box) and Chance Turman (Junior Dragster) earned track championships in 2018.

Located close to the Army base at Fort Hood, Texas, Little River features an 1/8-mile track where racers test their mettle in a variety of machines from motorcycles to semi-trucks. Beyond the bracket racing, the track also hosts multiple index-racing divisions.
