Dickerson gets inspiration from his racing hero, his dad Jay Dickerson, who competes in a rail car. Jaydin also plays football and calls P.E. his favorite school subject. What he says he most likes about racing is the family that you gain at the track.

Jaydin has future plans to race a door car in Footbrake (No Box) after he finishes up in the Junior Dragsters.
