WHAT TO EXPECT: The delayed first stop on the 2014 Summit Racing Equipment Pro-Am Tour Division 9 season will take place at Rockingham Dragway with a rare double-header combining two Summit Pro-Am Tour races with the IHRA Nitro Jam Drag Racing Series.
FRIDAY, MAY 16: Gates will open at 11 a.m. Tech will be open on Friday from Noon-9 p.m. with a test and tune scheduled for 1-8 p.m.
SATURDAY, MAY 17: Gates will open at 7 a.m. and tech will open at 8 a.m. There will be two time trial/qualifying sessions beginning at 9 a.m. followed immediately by Pro-Am eliminations. Saturday will also feature the IHRA Nitro Jam Drag Racing Series with Nitro Jam qualifying beginning at 7 p.m.
SUNDAY, May 18: Gates will open at 8 a.m. and God Speed Ministries will host a church service beginning at 8:15 a.m. Racing will get underway at 9 a.m. with one time trial/qualifying session followed immediately by Day 2 eliminations. Nitro Jam professional eliminations will take place at 1 p.m.
NITRO JAM: The stars of the IHRA Nitro Jam Drag Racing Series return to historical Rockingham Dragway for the IHRA Nitro Jam Spring Nationals Saturday and Sunday. Fans will see competition in five professional classes with over two dozen nitro-burning cars on the property in Nitro Funny Car, Nitro Harley and Nitro Altered, plus the return of Mountain Motor Pro Stock and the ladies of the Larsen Motorsports Jet Dragster team.

ROAD TO THE TOC: In 2014 the Summit Racing Equipment Pro-Am Tour presented by AMSOIL is the only road to the year-end Summit Racing Tournament of Champions showdown in Memphis. Only the top three finishers in each class within each division on the Summit Pro-Am Tour will advance to the championship tournament in October to runoff for the 2014 Summit World Championships and $10,000!
