Champions from across North America Coming to IHRA Summit SuperSeries World Finals

Wednesday, 04 October 2023

HOLLY SPRINGS, Ms. — The best of the best are coming to Holly Springs Motorsports Park for the IHRA Summit SuperSeries World Finals presented by Strange Engineering Thursday through Saturday.

IHRA SuperSeries track champions, IHRA Summit Team Finals divisional champions, former IHRA Summit SuperSeries World Champions and winners of IHRA Sportsman Spectacular presented by Moser Engineering and FuelTech will meet in Mississippi to determine IHRA Summit SuperSeries World Champions in five classes — Top (Box), Mod (No Box), Sportsman, Motorcycle and Junior Dragster.

Representing IHRA member tracks throughout North America, they are competing for over $275,000 in payouts and prizes at the invitation-only race.

Champions come from the world’s oldest continuously operating drag strip, Great Lakes Dragaway in Wisconsin, to newer tracks like Xtreme Raceway Park in Texas and Onawa Dragway in Iowa.

From the far flung corners of the continent, defending IHRA Summit SuperSeries Sportsman World Champion Larry Doty travels from South Florida, while a contingent represents Interlake Dragway, north of the border in the Canadian province of Manitoba. We also welcome a group of Southwest racers from Albuquerque Dragway in New Mexico. They come from the East Coast like South Carolina Motorplex and all points in between to this great gathering of champions.

You can watch all the exciting action including Friday’s Race of Champions and Saturday’s main event on IHRA.TV on YouTube. Click here for the link to the IHRA.TV channel.

Thank you to all the racers who participate and make the IHRA Summit SuperSeries World Finals, the most prestigious championship race in all of bracket racing. Check out below for a schedule of weekend events and a list of racers.
