Two winners of this year’s Summit Sportsman National Championship will earn fabulous trips to the island of Aruba, the International Hot Rod Association (IHRA) announced today. The IHRA Summit Sportsman National Championship is a 15-weekend, 30-race championship event for Sportsman racers with most event weekends streaming live on ESPN3. The Aruba vacations are in addition to a $15,000 cash prize for the champion in each of the eight classes courtesy of Summit Racing Equipment.

Jupiter, Fla. -  After a fantastic season debut Feb. 4-5 in Immokalee, Fla., the International Hot Rod Association (IHRA) Summit Sportsman National Championship moved 119 miles across the northern Florida everglades to Palm Beach International Raceway(PBIR) for the second of 15 weekends of racing that will comprise the inaugural IHRA Summit Sportsman National Championship.

The inaugural IHRA Summit Sportsman National Championship began with two events at Immokalee Regional Raceway in Immokalee, Fla. WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. – The World Series of Drag Racing is returning to Cordova International Raceway in Cordova, Ill., after a one-year stay in Memphis, Tenn., IRG Sports + Entertainment announced today.  The 2017 World Series of Drag Racing is set for Aug. 25-27, 2017; ticket information will be available in March.
