With the final rounds rescheduled because of weather earlier in the season, Benton was .026 at the tree and 5.836 seconds on a 5.84 dial-in at 116 mph in his black Chevrolet Camaro to claim the $3,000 top prize. Slayden’s Dodge Colt dialed-in at 5.82, but was -.001 red.
Kyle Oldham drove his blue Chevy Monte Carlo to the No Box victory. He posted a 5.813-second run at 109 mph on a 5.80 dial-in with a .055 reaction time. Runner-up Jake Overstreet had a fantastic start at .019 in his red Ford Mustang, but came up a little short going 6.747 seconds at 101 mph on a 6.58 dial-in.
Powering down the track in his white Chevy S-10, Bobby Crabtree had a 7.621-second pass at 87 mph against a 7.54 dial-in with a .041 light. Kyle Miller in a burgundy Mustang was .145 on the tree and went 7.496 at 86 mph to break out by .004 second.
"The Bounty Hunter" Hunter Davis, the 2021 track champion, dialed 7.91, went .058 on the tree, and finished in 7.932 seconds at 79 mph for the win in Junior Dragster. Kasey Wayne Chandler, who was dialed 7.94, was .078 on the tree to go 7.960 at 81 mph.
Ryan Armer was victorious in his gray dragster in a special Quick 16 race. Justin Barrett piloted his red door car to the runner-up finish.
