Saturday is a big day, highlighted by the Junior Dragster Jackpot. Action starts Saturday with a test-and-tune at 1:30 p.m., followed by teen championship and high school races. It’s also the start of the Billions Southtown Jr. Dragster Jackpot race, which will take place throughout the day.
Later in the evening, a shoot-out for the Box, No Box and Street classes takes place.
Ironman Sunday fires up at 9 a.m. with the first round of qualifying for Mod ET, Top ET, Pro Bike, Super Trophy, Pro Trophy and the Billions Southtown Jr. Dragster Jackpot. Sunday’s event features the Greg Breitbarth Top ET Memorial Race with Julie Breitbarth paying the entry fees for the class.

The IHRA Ironman Classic program is offered to all IHRA member tracks. Prior to this program, a Sportsman racer could only win an Ironman if they traveled to an IHRA Summit Team Finals, Sportsman Spectacular or World Finals. This program gives local tracks a chance to create extra excitement in their bracket program and offer competitors a chance to win the prestigious Ironman.
Also share in the 85th birthday celebration for track owner Glen Rapp. Enjoy a piece of cake in the concession building and leave him a note in the card drop basket.
