Mikel McQueen raced his dragster to the Box championship where he won $1,200 in cash and received $2,400 in travel money. In addition, he received an IHRA Ironman, IHRA Gold Card and an Acme Racing Championship Belt.
Sambo Tyra won a similar prize package as the No Box champion. The driver of the yellow Chevy Yenko Nova also received $1,200 in cash, but $2,700 in travel money along with the IHRA Ironman trophy, IHRA Gold Card and Acme Racing Championship Belt.
Cayden Keyes, who reached the final round of eliminations at the 2022 IHRA Summit SuperSeries World Finals, repeated as the Junior Dragster champion. He received $400 in cash and $1,200 in travel money as well as the IHRA Ironman trophy, Gold Card and Acme Racing Championship Belt.
The Sportsman championship title went to Austin Beal driving his familiar yellow Chevy Camaro. Beal won $300 in cash, $825 in points travel money, the IHRA Ironman trophy, Gold Card and Acme Racing Championship Belt.
Jeramy Tally rounded out the list of IHRA Summit SuperSeries champions in the Motorcycle class. Tally’s bounty included $300 in cash, $450 in travel money, the Ironman trophy, a Gold Card and Acme Racing Championship Belt.
Two other racers scored championships in other classes.
Mallorie Stevens was the Teen Challenge champion. She took home $50 in cash, $375 in points money, a Gold Card and Acme Racing Championship Belt.
JJ Gossett Scherr capped off an undefeated season in the Electric Vehicle class. He earned $75 in points money, a Gold Card and Acme Racing Championship Belt.
