Summit Sportsman Spectacular Texas Event Rescheduled for June 1-3

The International Hot Rod Association and Xtreme Raceway Park have postponed the March 9-11 Summit Sportsman Spectacular race until June 1-3 due to weather-related construction delays at the new Ferris, Texas track.

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. — Moser Engineering has renewed its longstanding partnership with the International Hot Rod Association (IHRA). Moser Engineering will continue to serve as a major contingency program sponsor for the IHRA, and new this year, the Portland, Ind. company is the Saturday race sponsor for the Summit Sportsman Spectacular Series.  

WEST PALM BEACH, FLA. – The official race fuel of the International Hot Rod Association (IHRA), Sunoco Race Fuels, has expanded their contingency program support available to IHRA racers. Beginning with the 2018 IHRA Summit Sportsman Spectacular race season, Sunoco will reward racers who use their performance fuels in Box, No Box and Junior Dragster classes.

Wilkesboro (NC) Dragway added to the series’ schedule
