HOLLY SPRINGS, MS — The excitement ramps up and the dreams of racers come true when the IHRA Summit SuperSeries World Finals presented by Strange Engineering take place this week, October 9-12 at Holly Springs Motorsports.
It’s a gathering of champions across North America. There are racers who qualified through the IHRA Summit SuperSeries points at their home track, some through the IHRA Summit Team Finals and others by winning their class at the IHRA Sportsman Spectacular presented by Moser Engineering. We also welcome back former IHRA Summit SuperSeries World Champions.
HARVEST, AL — Knoxville Dragway has long produced individual champions at IHRA racing events.
The East Tennessee track won the overall team title 54-50 over Alabama International Dragway on Saturday at the IHRA Division 8 (South) Summit Team Finals at Rocket City Dragway. Crossville Dragway was third with the host Rocket City Dragway fourth.
HARTSVILLE, SC — Darlington Dragway added another chapter to its rich racing history as the legendary track won the IHRA Division 9 (Raiders) Summit Team Finals championship.
Other Division 9 (Raiders) tracks are: Pageland Dragway, Wilkesboro Dragway, South Carolina Motorplex, Shadyside Dragway, Piedmont Dragway and 710 Dragway.
HARVEST, AL — Alabama International Dragway had three of the five winners at Friday’s Gamblers races at the IHRA Division 8 (South) Summit Team Finals.
The Steele, Alabama track had Jarrett Kay (No Box), Hunter Handy (Junior Dragster) and Dillon Eason (Golf Cart) win races at Rocket City Dragway. Kole Pritchett from Crossville Dragway (Box) and Chester Lay (Sportsman) from Knoxville also were winners.
HARVEST, AL — David Bigham, the 2021 IHRA Summit SuperSeries World, headlined the list of Thursday Gamblers winners at the IHRA Division 8 (South) Summit Team Finals.
Bigham was the winner in the Sportsman class at Rocket City Dragway. Frankie Denton Jr. (Box), Jonathan Hagler (No Box) and Josiah Varner were others who raced to Thursday victories.
HARTSVILLE, SC — The International Hot Rod Association (IHRA) Division 9 (Raiders) Summit Team Finals began with Gamblers races on Thursday night.
Justin Boyere (Top), Hot Rod Brock (Mod), Kaden Pruett (Junior) and the Jenkins family (Pit Bike) all captured Thursday victories.
FERRIS, TX — The IHRA Division 4 (Renegades) Summit Team Finals featured a gathering of some of the best racers in the Southwest.
Teams, along with drivers and crews with their vehicles, were honored with special awards from the International Hot Rod Association. Here’s a look at the winners below.

FERRIS, TX — There were a half-dozen winners at the Race of Champions on Saturday at the IHRA Division 4 (Renegades) Summit Team Finals at Xtreme Raceway Park.
Jay Fitzgerald (Box), Michael Turman (No Box), Billy Janousek (Sportsman), Michael Wayne Turman (Motorcycle) and Ayden Gossett (Junior Dragster) all received special IHRA Ironman trophies. Lucas Graves also won a Team Championship Race.
HOUSE SPRINGS, MO — It’s double the fun with two IHRA Summit Team Finals scheduled for this weekend.
The IHRA Division 8 (South) Summit Team Finals take place at Rocket City Dragway in Harvest, Alabama. The IHRA Division 9 (Raiders) Summit Team Finals are slated for Darlington Dragway in Hartsville, South Carolina.
