The IHRA Ironman Classic on Saturday, August 19 highlighted three great days of racing action. Winners in the Top ET and Footbrake classes captured big $5,000 checks as well as prestigious IHRA Ironman trophies.

Decarus Vinson was victorious in the Top ET race with Bubba Paschal taking runner-up honors. 

It was a time of celebration for the Harper Family as well with the win in the Footbrake class.

There was more exciting bracket racing on Friday and Sunday.

Kenric Rountree raced to the $2,000 Top ET victory on Friday with Johnny Swink his final-round opponent. Austin Welch won the $2,000 big check for the Footbrake class.

Nick Reavis scored the $3,000 check as the Top ET winner Sunday with Richard Alford taking the runner-up spot. Rodney Lunsford took the $3,000 win in Footbrake with Alford again reaching the final round.

There is plenty of other great racing going on at Roxboro Motorsports Park throughout the season including a trio of $5K races October 6-8 for the Top ET and Footbrake classes.
