As the battle for the Summit SuperSeries World Championship draws near, the excitement is building, not only for the opportunity to take home a championship, but for racers to have an opportunity to claim one of the biggest prize packages in drag racing. As we get closer to the World Finals, we dig deeper into the parts and pieces that make up one of the biggest elements of the Summit SuperSeries prize package – the SuperSeries Prize Dragster – by visiting two of the biggest contributors this season, COMP Cams and MSD.

The IHRA Summit Racing Equipment Summit Team Finals presented by AMSOIL season rolls on this weekend with a pair of Team Finals events at Pittsburgh Raceway Park in Pennsylvania and Carolina Dragway in South Carolina.

After a four week gap between Team Finals events, racers are anxious and excited to hit the track once again this weekend with Summit Team Finals presented by AMSOIL events at US 131 Motorsports Park in Michigan and Caprock Motorplex in Texas.

After seven months and more than two dozen stops across North America, the IHRA Summit Racing Equipment Pro-Am Tour presented by AMSOIL officially wrapped up its season last week at Darlington Dragway with more than 50 drivers claiming divisional championships.

The International Hot Rod Association™ (IHRA) held the IHRA No Box Fab 5’s over the weekend at Pine Valley Raceway as racers Austin Davis and Derek Lewis came away with the win in the inaugural twin $5,000 to win races.
