LONDON, Ky. — Racers from the Bluegrass State used their home track knowledge to score big victories at the International Hot Rod Association (IHRA) Sportsman Spectacular presented by Moser Engineering and Fuel Tech at London Dragway.

Over 250 competitors showed up to compete at the beautiful facility located in scenic Eastern Kentucky. In the end, it was the home-state racers who swept the final-round spots.

HOUSE SPRINGS, Missouri — Racers, you can still compete for the IHRA Summit SuperSeries World Finals as the requirement to become an International Hot Rod Association member has been extended from the traditional date of May 1 to July 1.

FERRIS, Texas — Excitement filled the air as eight racers drove away with winners’ purses Saturday at the International Hot Rod Association (IHRA) Sportsman Spectacular presented by Moser Engineering and Fuel Tech at Xtreme Raceway Park. After a questionable weather forecast, the skies cleared, and the pits were still filled as 392 entries were entered for the first round.

HOUSE SPRINGS, Missouri — The future looks bright for Jackson Dragway with new track owner Don Baskin bringing over 50 years of drag racing experience to the facility.

He also brings a ton of enthusiasm and a work ethic which has seen the Tennessee track located halfway between Memphis and Nashville undergo significant upgrades in the short time he’s owned it. There have been work on the facilities from restrooms and other conveniences to increasing the number of spaces and parking for race cars. 

HOUSE SPRINGS, Missouri — The International Hot Rod Association (IHRA) Sportsman Spectacular presented by Moser Engineering and Fuel Tech returns this weekend with races in Kentucky and Texas.

UNION GROVE, Wisc. — The International Hot Rod Association racers in the upper Midwest are tough.

This past weekend confirmed that as the competitors at Great Lakes Dragaway fought through cold and windy conditions for a great day of racing. They overcame sleet, rain and even a little snow in 39-degree weather.

PADUCAH, Ky. — Four drivers emerged victorious in a strong field of entries at last Saturday’s IHRA Spring Ironman Classic at Beacon Dragway.

Kyle Clapp (Super Pro), Dylan McClerren (No Box), William Joiner (Sportsman) and Grady Wiggins (Junior Dragster) were the big winners. Each of the winners took home the prestigious IHRA Ironman trophies.

HOUSE SPRINGS, Missouri — It keeps getting bigger and better.

The prize package for the Top (Box) champion at the International Hot Rod Association (IHRA) Summit SuperSeries World Finals is now worth over $60,000 with a grand prize of a rolling chassis from Ezell Race Cars. 

ROXBORO, N.C. — Junior Dragster racers in the Carolinas and surrounding areas don’t miss out. The Junior Dragster Ironman Classic is fast approaching May 5-7 at the historic Roxboro Motorsports Park. 

BUNKER HILL, Ind. — For Matthew Roberts, it was love at first pass.

Roberts recently went with his parents, Nathan and Angie, to opening day at Bunker Hill Dragstrip. While there, he decided to take his Hyundai Electra down the dragway during the test-and-tune session.
