The Onawa Racing and Events Complex has entered into a multi-year sanctioning agreement with the International Hot Rod Association.
The facility under construction in Onawa, Iowa will feature an 1/8-mile drag strip, which can easily be converted into a ¼-mile strip, with 3,400 feet of concrete laid down. With a goal to race later this year, the facility also has a 10,000-square foot activities event center in the planning stages. There are 105 acres overall with events from Motorsports to concerts and auctions to be part of the schedule once construction is finished.

DARLINGTON, S.C. — The International Hot Rod Association moved to historic Darlington Dragway for the fifth of 15 race weekends that comprise the Summit Sportsman National Championship.
It was the largest field of cars to date for a three-day event, which included the conclusion of the February weekend from Palm Beach International Raceway. The two official Darlington races began on Saturday and went through Sunday.

Mooresville Dragway and the IHRA have entered into a multi-year sanctioning agreement. The facility, which features a 1/8-mile drag strip, is in Mooresville, N.C., where many of the top NASCAR teams are based.
