PRINCE GEORGE, B.C. — The Ironman Challenge brought to you by M&S Trailer Repairs is coming to Western Canada at NITRO Motorsports Park on Saturday.

The IHRA Ironman Classic is part of three days of racing action at the British Columbia drag strip. Racers will compete for the prestigious IHRA Ironman trophies in the Box, No Box and Junior Dragster classes.

HOUSE SPRINGS, Mo. — The International Hot Rod Association continues to highlight the Junior Dragster racers across North America in this special series.

The latest is Anthony “Smallz” Carp, a 14-year-old from Lindenhurst, Illinois who has been racing for five years. Anthony drives a Half Scale dragster and has five years of racing experience.

ONAWA, Iowa — The 2023 International Hot Rod Association (IHRA) Summit Team Finals crank up next week, August 24-26, starting with the Division 6 (Midwest) finals at Onawa Dragway.

The Iowa track is a true showplace, one of the newer drag racing facilities in the country, first opened in 2018. It’s in a great location off Interstate 29, halfway between Sioux City, Iowa and Omaha, Nebraska.

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Four racers — Rick Marcy, Max Tafoya, Mike Parish and Juan Moreno Jr. — took home prestigious trophies from the IHRA Ironman Classic held last Saturday at Albuquerque Dragway.

GLEASON, Tenn. — Some of the best young drag racers in the Mid-South will be highlighted on Saturday, August 26 when Gleason Raceway Park hosts the Junior Dragster Spectacular.

This event features races for the Lightning (ages 10-17) and Thunder (ages 6-9) classes with the prestigious IHRA Ironman trophies to be awarded to the main event winner in each class. 

CLAY CITY, Ky. — Travis Snowden was victorious in the IHRA Ironman Classic for the Modified class last Saturday and then won the run-off for the 43rd annual King of the Bluegrass at Kentucky Dragway.

HOUSE SPRINGS, Mo. — The distinctive sights, smells and sounds of exciting drag racing action take place this weekend at International Hot Rod Association tracks across North America.

The Mississippi track is also the site of the IHRA Summit SuperSeries World Finals on October 5-7, 2023. It’s easy access, conveniently located off Interstate 22, and features plenty of parking and camping space. Living up to its name, Division 2 (Heat Wave) is hotly contested with over a dozen IHRA-member tracks.

MARION, S.D. — Thunder Valley Dragways has an action-packed weekend coming up with it culminating with the IHRA Ironman Classic on Sunday.
